Week 2 of 3

This week my supervisor and another nurse I usually work with are on vacation.. so I am in charge but it feels like no one listens to me....I'm not asking too much but a little RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm giving them respect so I expect it in return. So anyways, I'm giving this situation to Jesus because there is nothing more I can do but let his love and peace abide in my heart and in the workplace. When you do not work as a team the patients suffer and that is the last thing I want. So this week pray, be strong and courageous in the Lord. Let his light shine yet be firm.
